Coach a team

For a high school, college, or club coach. The team has one page for you, and one for each player and parent.

  1. 1

    Make the team

On You, tap Coach a team. Name it and its season.

  2. 2

    Add the roster

Add players by name, with a parent’s email for anyone under 18. Or tap Share on the team code: a player opens the link, taps Join, and you pick their row.

  3. 3

Put practices and matches on the calendar

Each one asks the team who’s in. A player, or their parent, answers In or Out.

A coach’s team page on a phone: Lakeview Girls Golf, Fall 2026, Denise Carter, nine players, eight joined; practices with how many are in, a match against Westfield High at Mill Creek Municipal with its lineup, and the fall qualifier below
  4. 4

    Log a practice

At a practice, type each player’s result on a drill. The team’s drill board shows the last practice, each player’s best, and their last five.

  5. 5

    Run a qualifier

A qualifier is an event on the team where every round counts. Its board is one tap from the team page.

  6. 6

    Send the lineup

For a match, place who plays, in order, and the alternates. Sending it posts the lineup to the team. Why a player is where they are reaches only that player and their parents.

  7. 7

    Keep the match score

Type the other school’s total. Every match plays five and counts the lowest four, and the match says Won by 11, Lost by 3, or Tied.

  8. 8

    Post to the team

A coach’s post goes to everyone on the team. The season has its own thread for the team to talk in, and you can close it.
